The staff is dedicated to helping each child develop within him or herself the fundamental skills, habits, attitudes, appreciations, ideas and self-esteem which will be the foundation for a lifetime of creative learning.

The staff is committed to the concept that every child should be given the opportunity to develop to the fullest of his or her potential.

The staff will encourage active, self-directed learning and strike a balance of individual mastery with small group collaboration within the whole group community.

All classrooms at Bayside Montessori are supervised by competent, dedicated professionals.  Each faculty member is degreed at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level, as well as being certified by a recognized Montessori training program.
